It is antique and if you are on the lower level you will hear the guests above walking on the wood floor. Try the Well for a cocktail, they never disappoint and the staff are all great. "We typically stay at a different property when visiting St. Augustine. Wanted to try a bed and breakfast, and the Kenwood did not disappoint! From the very beginning of communication this property was on top of their game! The amenities, the breakfast ect, it's was beyond impressed! It is located on the quieter side on St.augustine so the walk is further then anticipated, but who cares? This place makes up for that!!! Definitely book them!! ALSO, you get homemade cookies!!! "This was a very cute inn to stay in. The staff was very helpful, especially the gentleman serving breakfast, who was able to give us a history of the area. The view of the water is beautiful. The only downside was a slight musty odor in the room. Other than that, great stay!"
