"This hotel location was worth the money; it was clean; the staff extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel location is great and the complimentary reduced fees for the city's trolleys' tour were a good bargain. It was also amazing that guests can access the beach within walking distance. Breakfast was included and very good as well. I was not too happy about paying for parking; housekeeping provided fresh towels daily, but they did not make the beds. Overall, I would stay there again."

"Great location, close to the beach, restaurants and activities. Parking is easy. Staff are amazing and accommodating specially the front desk staff. Hot tub is nice, wish the pool was warm. Cleaning was a miss. Our room was skipped, when it was finally attended after a couple of request, there were garbage dripping on the floor, also obvious it wasn’t swept or vacuumed. The counters weren’t wiped, I had to do them myself, which I wouldn’t mind doing if I had some cleaning kit….just did with...

"The staff at Anastasia Inn are fantastic! Whenever our family comes to St. Augustine we always stay there, more than 20 years. Recently we forgot some clothing in one of the closets. I called and described the items. I received a call back that they had the items in their lost and found. I was so grateful. Also, the inn is clean and I find they are my halfway point to attractions in town and the beaches."

"Loved sitting on the patio in the evening and watching the ships and sailboats. Easy to get downtown and so many unique shops. Loved rain water shower head and soft towels and wash rags. The bed and pillows were like sleeping on a cloud and felt so good after shopping all day! The breakfast was made with care and very tasty. Staff were all very helpful and friendly."

Everything in downtown St. Augustine was so walkable, which made the whole trip feel relaxed instead of like some sweaty Florida parking scavenger hunt designed by demons. "The hotel is charming, but the location could be better. Unfortunately, the staff experience was disappointing. Breakfast service was especially frustrating — although the restaurant opens at 8:30 AM, food service did not actually begin until around 9:20 AM, which is far too late for guests with morning plans."
