I booked a different room that the one I was given. I walked out right away with my son. Don’t waste your money. I found the spark Hilton down the road for 30 dollars more and was one thousand times better! Learn from my mistake. Going cheap is not the best way… you will regret it. This hotel is nothing like it looks in the pictures. Be aware. "

"Shower door wouldn’t stay shut and would open by itself.. track not level. 2 restaurants but no menus in rooms.. they should have that. Had an issue with valet where our car was parked outside on the exit ramp for 2 days, they didn’t know where it was at. Blaimed on new staff, but manager took off charges. No one came by to clean our room or ask us if we needed anything for 2 days. Had to get items from front desk. Staff generally nice, great breakfast, and beautiful property… just need to get a few things more together.. weird experience "

"The photos that we saw online were very deceiving. It looked much nicer online than it actually is. It is very old, the bedrooms were not as nice as they appeared. Nothing was mentioned about the train tracks behind the hotel. Trains running through in the morning. It wasn't in the best area. Would not stay there again."

"Check-In was fast and easy. Room was clean, bed was very comfortable, shower had great water pressure with plenty of hot water! Loved the nice soft towels. Breakfast of bagels, muffins, coffee, juice was a nice surprise! I would definitely recommend this hotel! It's very close to everything you might want to see and do in St. Augustine."
