"We typically stay at a different property when visiting St. Augustine. Wanted to try a bed and breakfast, and the Kenwood did not disappoint! From the very beginning of communication this property was on top of their game! The amenities, the breakfast ect, it's was beyond impressed! It is located on the quieter side on St.augustine so the walk is further then anticipated, but who cares? This place makes up for that!!! Definitely book them!! ALSO, you get homemade cookies!!! "This was a very cute inn to stay in. The staff was very helpful, especially the gentleman serving breakfast, who was able to give us a history of the area. The view of the water is beautiful. The only downside was a slight musty odor in the room. Other than that, great stay!"

We even had the top floor deck all to ourselves - beautiful sea breeze was felt even if we couldn't see the ocean. Close walking distance to restaurants, bars and shopping. Breakfast was beautifully prepared and served. The only constructive criticism is the bed in the alcove is terribly hard and really uncomfortable. ...
