"First day breakfast was terrible with hardly any food left as they had run out. Hot tub was not hot but luke warm. Also property was higher priced than Expedia said but after showing them confirmation they came down to price but charged us 45.00 for parking which was never disclosed and parking was full so they left us park by the front door. Employees nice but wouldnt book there again."

"This so called Resort was a big disappointment. Guy Harvey should be ashamed to put his name on this hotel. It is run down and dated. It's stuck in the nineties. Our room smelled some what like a sewer, the carpet was filthy. The bathroom was also dirty. The toilet did not flush. The maid service only replaced towels and tended the beds. They do not actually clean or vaccum the rooms. The lobby and sitting area furniture are worn out. The pool area was ok and you do not get poolside service from the bar. You have to go get your own drinks. On the plus side, the beach is beautiful and staff are friendly. I will never stay here again."
