"The hotel is charming, but the location could be better. Unfortunately, the staff experience was disappointing. Breakfast service was especially frustrating — although the restaurant opens at 8:30 AM, food service did not actually begin until around 9:20 AM, which is far too late for guests with morning plans."

I booked the room through Expedia, and when I called in for a few questions and spoke with the Inn Keeper/Manager he told me that because I booked through Expedia, that that was on me. Our room was much smaller that the pictures reflected, but I get it. The room and most importantly, the bathroom was unacceptable. So small that you could not even turn around in the shower. The entrance is on the side of the building which was not easily visible at night. The bathroom towel rod was rusty and the drain in the shower was lower than the shower floor which made the floor uneven. The TV service was very slow. There was no dinner option at the restaurant as advertised."
