Breakfast service was especially frustrating — although the restaurant opens at 8:30 AM, food service did not actually begin until around 9:20 AM, which is far too late for guests with morning plans."

"Loved sitting on the patio in the evening and watching the ships and sailboats. Easy to get downtown and so many unique shops. Loved rain water shower head and soft towels and wash rags. The bed and pillows were like sleeping on a cloud and felt so good after shopping all day! The breakfast was made with care and very tasty. Staff were all very helpful and friendly."

"We loved the 2nd floor veranda, as there was always a nice breeze even though the temperature was very hot. The noise level from the street is a lot to get used to but the home was beautifully appointed and very clean. Breakfast was enjoyable. The location worked well for St. Augustine as most things were only a short walk to get to."
