"We stayed here for the days we were going to Disneyland Paris and it was wonderful. Loved that Val D'Europe mall was right across the street with a large Auchan (large supermarket). We were able to get snacks, water and lunch before heading to Disneyland and saving us money from having to eat out. The RER was just a short 3min walk from the hotel with a great bakery . This meant I could just head back to the hotel whenever I wanted without having to wait for shuttle (although the hotel does...

"This was the perfect resort style hotel to stay at for visits to Disney, Paris, and the surrounding area. The staff were very pleasant to speak with and were incredibly helpful! The breakfast options were superb, and the amenities made it feel like a Disney resort. The aesthetic was also super cool! Would highly recommend!!"

"The room had no a/c, being an American, I figured I didn’t know how to work the a/c system. I googled how to use it. Watched videos. It still wasn’t working. The first night was super uncomfortable. The second night I asked, they told me my room had no a/c and gave me a portable fan. That I had to carry up to the second floor. Pool was closed. Elevators were also closing due to maintenance. Staff were as extremely nice. I didn’t know we had to pay for breakfast, not worth $12 each person....

"One of our best stays! The only problem is the shuttle system. Trying to get to and from the park is a nightmare. Shuttle was so packed we had to stand next to the driver and couldn’t move. Felt unsafe and very stressful for everyone. They also don’t come as often as it says.. often running very late. Plan to spend extra on taxi’s if this isn’t your thing. Otherwise hotel was great!"

"Sweet reception team! Gym equipment all broken - its obvious since a long time as there was signage- plus aircon doesnt work in gym like a sauna. I went both days and it was not cleaned in between. No wifi two days. Key card system not working on day 1. Bathroom bin broken Iron not working. Dirty water refill bottle. Bags of rubbish in hallways until 10pm. No stairs (could not find them) to walk up and down the floor had to take super slow lift each time. On arrival without saying welcome or oh...

"The property was nice, it accomodated our extended family of five and was right by the train station. When we asked about cooling off the room, the front desk was very defensive and told us we could not control the room temp. After some grumbling, they provided a portable AC which helped a lot. The spare bed sheets were not very clean and we never replaced them due to the temperature issue."
