"Great aparthotel in Chartres, easy to find, underground car park reserved ahead of time. Lovely sized room, comfy bed, clean linen, great facilities with fridge (with freezer bit) sink, hob, microwave and crockery/cutlery, even a cloth/tea towel/washing up liquid provided. Short walk into the town centre with many options for dining, boulangerie round the corner. Fantastic light show at the Cathedral after dark! Would definitely recommend to others. Polite and friendly staff on the reception...

Expedia did not forward the B&B reservation number...so took about 30-min to call someone who could help me with the automatic registration to get code for the room. "Excellent property and hotel. Amazing location. After a delay in check-in, manager provided beverage at Bar. Manager provided good customer service . In future, if a delay in check in, just pay the 20 bucks and go to spa, well worth it and it helps with waiting if you have frustrated teens. Overall, excellent and will return."
