"Very Small rooms. Difficult furnishings. First and foremost - the rooms are VERY small. Yes, big enough for a king bed, but: - No work desk. Instead there is a small round high table with 2 stools. Very difficult to do any work here. - Small closet cabinet takes space from the room. No luggage stand. - Shower cabinet is so small that I had to open the door to pick up my soap (not enough room to bend over!) - Amenities (coffee, tissues, toilet paper, soap, etc.) were all bargain-basement...

"Very nice motel. Rooms redone and cozy. Quiet. Small fridge, Microwave, Coffee machine, A/C in the room, shower is hot and lots of space in the rooms. Parking lot in front of building and overall very nice and close to Coaticook and a few minutes to Ayers Cliff."

CONS We stayed on the bottom floor where there is a driveway for a private residence out our window. We could either close the blackout curtains or have them wide open where they could see inside our room. Some sort of sheer curtain would have been nice to let light in. The lights are dim so it was very dark...
