"My stay at the RIU Palace Aquarelle was amazing! The staff deserves 10 stars. Everyone was welcoming, friendly, and always willing to help with anything we needed.
The food was excellent from the first day to the last day of my stay. My room was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. I also have to give special recognition to the entertainment team. They were outstanding! Every show was great, especially the Michael Jackson show and Latin Night.
A few areas could be improved. The floors, especially in the buffet area, were very slippery, and I was genuinely concerned about falling. I even witnessed a young girl slip and fall. Also, while the entertainment was fantastic, there were not many activities specifically geared toward younger children.
One additional suggestion is to make it clearer in the app that guests must check in at the scuba office when booking excursions.
Other than those minor issues, I had a wonderful time and would absolutely love to return.I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing vacation."
