"The surprise in the name checks out. Surprise- no pool, surprise very dirty.. bathroom disgusting. Furniture dirty and disgusting. Not comfortable at all. Ants and knots all throughout the kitchen. Location horrible have to pay $60 to go to nearest store and no one delivered . "

"The property is situated in a good location, I felt safe and secure inside and outside. The house is well maintained and having a solid built feel to it. Theres as nice open park area on the right hand side over the road as the house is at the end of the street. Its well lit which is good at night.
