"Original allocated room was okay but had a loud buzzing noise outside the door. Staff moved us to better room, shower didn’t have a screen or curtain and was too low for average height people. Also the tile on base of the bath fell on my foot as it was loose. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was good"

"Great hotel with lovely friendly staff. Very nice location just by the canal. Our room had a terrace which looked right onto it. Very close to old town and not far from the train station. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Good property in Annecy. However, the unit was much smaller than on the pictures. It doesn’t have ac, be aware if you travel in the summer. Very basic. Located far from the centre, so a lot of walking or using bus plus walking. Not expensive compared to more central properties. Secured parking."
