"It was a pretty good hotel for the price. We got in just before 10:00 but staff had already left for the night so we checked in through the automated check in, which was pretty smooth. The building is a bit dated so there was some cigarette smell when entering, and the occasional whiff of sewer smell from in the room but it seemed to go away pretty quickly. Comfortable bed and great set up for a family of four."

"Auf den ersten Blick ein ordentliches Zimmer. Später lief eine dicke Spinne über mich und beim näheren hinsehen, waren überall Spinnen, Silberfische, Staub und Kellerasseln. 😱 Ich hatte eine sehr unruhige Nacht. Das Bett war auch grauenhaft unbequem. Am Handtuch waren braune Flecken. Frühstück um 8:45 war quasi fast nicht mehr vorhanden. Alles leer und wurde auch nicht mehr aufgefüllt. Die Auswahl bestand aus einer Sorte Käse, Wurst, Eier (waren auch leer) und Marmelade. Sonst gab es nichts....

"A fun place to stay. Modern and bright. Room was comfortable with decent space and nice view. Nice location about 10 mins walk from train station and 10+ to the beautiful city center of Annecy. Excellent front desk and housekeeping service."

"The room was tiny- but it was correctly advertised. This was the first day of our trip and we did not know it would actually be the best shower we encountered. The showers around the rest of Switzerland were leaky, at best. We mainly found bathtubs everywhere. We knew there was no air-conditioning, but we’re surprised by how warm the room was during the day. The breakfast and coffee was very good. The bus ran right in front of the hotel, so getting around was easy."

"The staff were very good Breakfast good and fresh. The place is great . However, This place is not quite suitable for daily commute to Geneva. Public transport 4 and M ends early and if you finish late it’s a challenge you have to walk a long distance . One day I waited 1 hour for Uber from the border to the Hotel 2.5 kms from around 10 pm and only got to hotel after 11 pm."
