"The attitude of the lady on reception ruined our holiday! When I booked this room, I emailed twice to ask for a late check in as we would be arriving after their advertised check in.. I had NO reply from either email. I then called and a lady answered and I asked if a late check in was possible and she said it would be fine.. However, in our room we were missing a bath towel, tissues and the cups in the bathroom had liquid in them which was not water. "This chateau is not a special place apart for the garden. The rooms are big but not very nice, so is the bathroom. There is no shower, only hand shower. The amenities are very poor.
