The room was very beautiful along with the views from our windows. The staff was so accommodating, my husband had a problem with his bicycle and they had someone there to help him. Only downside is that the air-condition didn’t work in our room, it made the room warmer instead of cooler, which made for some rough nights. The room ended up warmer than the outside Italian summer weather "

Friendly staff, good breakfast, 24 hour front desk which was super helpful because I only got to the hotel after midnight, clean, spacious room for European standards and a very comfortable washroom.
