"Front desk reception was quick and efficient, and discussed with us the options for parking our vehicle on property or $20 underground option off site. I found that information valuable, giving the guests full autonomy. Also loved the complimentary breakfast. It was simple and enough to give guests a great start to their day"

"I’m giving this hotel 4 stars. The location was excellent just steps from the Metro, making it easy to explore Montréal. The staff were friendly, and check-in was quick and efficient. The room was updated, clean, and comfortable. The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is the air conditioning. It kept the room cool, but it was very loud, especially every time it turned on during the night. Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel for its convenient location,...

"We had a mostly great stay. We hadn’t known about the complimentary breakfast so that was a wonderful surprise. There was quite a selection everyday. The hospitality and cleanliness were amazing. However, they did not respond to my query about a shower chair before arriving and upon arrival they said they don’t have one. It is absolutely unacceptable for a hotel not to have a shower chair. As a disabled person, this made my stay significantly harder and is not something I have ever encountered...
