"It’s an excellent hotel, location and service wise. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. I only wish if there was more than one elevator, in the morning the wait time can be a bit long, but other than that, I have had the best experience."

"Overall a nice hotel. The room has plenty of counter space and hooks ( which is just handy for jackets, purses towels etc). Pool is nice The coffee situation is not great....just machines which all taste a bit off, no where in hotel to grab a good /quick barista coffee (yes, lots in underground city, but still a bit of a walk)."
