"È stato un soggiorno davvero piacevole. Noi siamo stati due notti, in 4, due adulti e due bambini. Abbiamo avuto una camera davvero molto bella e spaziosa. L’ambiente era caldo, cosa non del tutto scontata dappertutto. Anche perché abbiamo avuto due giorni abbastanza freddi, umidi e piovosi. I bagni erano molto puliti, grandi e con tutto il necessario anche se condiviso. Amelie è molto gentile, sorridente e disponibile. Se capitiamo ancora a La Chaux de Fonds la Maison Coquille sarà sicuramente...

The check in process was slightly confusing. Read the email carefully. The entry door was tough to find but it is right by the Restaurant du Banneret. The location was perfect, right by the Chateau.
