The rooms are comfortable, but as the hotel in general, they are a little outdated, and would need some kind of modernization. The rooftop has superb views, but again would need some renovation (showers, access, bar etc). The gym is small and under-equipped. The spa was closed when I stayed there... "Ideal location, spacious, strong AC, and cool vibe. Having a kitchenette with a fridge and laundry was extremely helpful and we also loved having dishware. Felt like the best of both worlds of a hotel and a home. I highly highly recommend this hotel!!"

"The room 601 was not accessible by anything but stairs. Staff was not available when leaving to help with my luggage and I fell down the stairs with my bags trying to get to the elevator. When I tried to explain to the front desk about the accident she didn’t seem to care. My wrist and knee are injured. To have rooms only accessible by stairs and not offer assistance with luggage to the elevator is ridiculous. I left a bag of take out I had put in the hallway for trash and it sat there outside...

"The The location is great and view from the rooftop is exceptional. The rooftop offers a 360 degree view spanning from the Alps to the Mediterranean Sea. The staff unfortunately was not up to par. Marriott offers members the ability to extend their stay which presumably is to be exercised before check out time. We were informed well after cheque out time that our room would not be available until after 4 as the current guest extended their stay. Staff did not offer another room until we...

"The staff are very helpful and friendly. Convenient breakfast if required. Rooms very comfortable and I enjoyed my little balcony. The property was very clean with friendly cleaning ladies in all areas. Even the floor in the bin room in the basement was freshly washed when I put my rubbish bag in there. Merci!"
