"I had a late booking on Easter weekend, I managed to get a basic room which was fine. My only problem was the shower, the water pressure was terrible. If you turned the shower rose upside down the flow would not rise one inch above the shower head. Thecontol for temperature was also defective which meant that you had scalding water until you fiddled with the control for5 minutes. I raised the issue with reception staff on first morning but nothing was done to rectify the situation over 5 days (albeit a holiday weekend) "

"From the initial greeting Mia was attentive and welcoming. Room was clean and the mini fridge was a great addition to the stay. We used the pool and was even allocated the swim lane with me SN daughter when lessons had finished for half a hour. Good choice for breakfast again with attentive staff."

Nathaniel on reception extended to us a warm friendly welcome and he had a little time to spare kindly allowing us to have a tour of the beautiful Rockhill House.
