"Property was amazing! Clean, large and chic. Close to the plateau and lots of restaurants! Only downside is you can hear people walking around upstairs but fans and earplugs are provide and noise is usually only until 11pm"

"The room was very basic. It was not configured the way we had discussed at check-in but the front desk staff were able to assemble things at our request. Clean room and bathroom. Breakfast was acceptable but not as great as some of the reviews we had read. I had asked for some vegetarian options. The request was noted but there was nobody who was aware of it at the breakfast service. The attempt to give the impression of service was made but it fell short unfortunately. Location is convenient....

Check in and logistics were easy and we were grateful for easy and reasonable parking nearby. The bed wasn't super comfortable (felt like thick plastic over wobbly coils), but we managed. We'd stay here again and bring a mattress topper!"

We had a very early morning flight on our day of departure and the night staff were super helpful to have coffee ready to see us off. "There is no parking at this hotel and the parkade they tell you to park in across the street closed at 12 midnight. I had to walk with my broken leg for 2 blocks just to find a parking spot!! Although the unit itself was lovely, I cant justify the lousy parking situation."

"The hotel was very central and a short walk from many places we were to visit. Just straight up Peel St took us right to Mt Royal Park. Also just a block away from the Metro station which helped us getting around with an all day train and bus pass in one. Also good continental breakfast downstairs. Very helpful and friendly front desk as well."
