"Overall, our stay was good. The towels had an unusual smell, but when we requested different ones, the staff addressed the issue promptly.
One concern, however, was the way the hair dryer was installed. The location of the hair dryer and its electrical outlet connection did not seem very safe, particularly when using the sink to wash your face. I would recommend having this setup reviewed to ensure better safety for guests."

"Keep in mind if you're booking online through a third party this is just includes the room. The spa part is not part of the hotel room price and you'll need to pay extra. This wasn't clear when I booked my room. I tried to reach out to the staff via email for an explanation twice did not receive any response."

"New, clean, modern and comfortable are a few words to describe Moxy’s in my opinion. Thoroughly enjoyed the relaxed and fun vibe. Bar and restaurant has excellent choices, modern deco and great staff. 11 minute walk to Bell Centre. I really enjoyed the 12pm checkout too. I would book again and highly recommend."
