This is a good enough space for the cost.
You get a small apartment to yourself, living room, laundry included, kitchen with a dishwasher and full bathroom. The location is good with quick access to Guy-Concordia.
A few things are lacking: the wifi connection is awful. Come with a good data plan - you will not be able to use any apps that require location services. The Pierce team tried to assist this issue for me but we had no resolve.
The kitchen could use a few more basics - scissors, a cutting board, maybe a chopping knife.
The bed was quite worn and very loud on any movement.
The bathroom does not have a fan.
I found the building to be pleasantly quiet during the night and we didn’t hear any of the neighbors in any directions. This alone is worth the cost.
