"We loved the location, very nice property but the air conditioning kept turn off every time we left the room"

"Relatively clean room and location is steps away from China town and Old Montreal. I did not like the fact that there is only one elevator to use for an 11 floor hotel resulting to long elevator waits. The hotel also does not provide separate hand and face towels so you use only the bath towel for everything. Breakfast is ok for its price but with limited/no juices and limited hot meal choices."

"Absolutely beautiful! There is so much space in the room and you are given a whole kitchen too. It really does feel like you are at home when you are there! And the price, so amazing. Best place I've stayed in by far! However, do not get lost! The hotel is allocated upstairs which means you have to go up the stairs with your luggage and then type in the code."
