"Couldn’t have asked for a better place to start our Dominica adventure. Samantha gave ussuch great advice on our touring and our plans for our visit even though we weren’t staying long with them. So accommodating getting us where we needed to go. The river tubing right across the road was a great experience. the restaurant upstairs was lovely, and the food was terrific with enough choice. The drivers Nigel and Reggie that we had or super tour guides and answered all our questions. The showers are a little lacking in terms of warm water, but it is an Eco Lodge. Everything else makes up for it. We would stay there again."

"This is our third stay here and Rosalie Bay’s location in the rain forest and by a turtle nesting beach and nature trail are part of its charm. One feels truly remote here. We love the gym to workout in with birds flying in to join and the pool which feels like a rainforest pool wuth its dark colors. We enjoy all amenities and feel truly like we are a part nature at this hotel. We also appreciate the sustainability practices of ghe hotel not handing out wasteful travel sundries, not leaving towels out at the pool for people to use barely once and then launder (but instead use for the duration of one’s stay, and minimal use of plastic and plastic bags which hotels should be banned from handing out. "

"Our stay to help celebrate a birthday party was made spectacular by staying at Ocean Oasis Hotel. The rooms were modern, beautiful and clean with excellent views of the pool and ocean. The staff was amazing with A- class service. Everyone was smiling with a reserved courteous customer service which is RARE these days. The breakfast was both true to the island flavors while also adding international choices. They have a great location and offer airport pick up and excursions. "I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Villa Copthall! The service was exceptional! Many thanks to the great staff who took very good care of us. I will miss you all. I hope we can meet again! Additionally, the location was very serene. I loved the coziness of being tucked away between the mountains…yet, the hotel was not too far from the capital, and many attractions! My only note to mention was that we saw that breakfast was included in the price. When we checked in, we were told that part of the breakfast (fruit and a drink I believe) were complimentary. However, I was really impressed and grateful that the staff cooked meals to my liking, and even adjusted the menu on occasion. Overall… Great staff! Great food! Great service! Great location!!!"

"The rooms are beautiful! We loved the patio and the view. Gorgeous. The food on the first night was almost inedible: we sent back the mahi mahi (I think that's what it was) because it was so rock hard/overcooked that it wouldn't chew down. We then ordered the pizza: the dough was so soft and uncooked that we just ate the toppings. We then started simply eating away from the place. On our final night, though, they were doing a barbecue and it was absolutely fantastic. We wonder if we just had a bad dining night. The other thing that happened was that my 82-year-old mother and myself were walking down from our cabin and one of the hotel staff, driving a golf cart, actually honked at us to get out of his way as he sped past us. My poor mother jumped into the drainage ditch, and nearly lost her balance. When we brought it up to management, they knew exactly who it was, which kind of bothered me because they knew he was a risk already. They offered us nothing, no drink, no note from the manager, nothing. In the end, we did love our stay. "

"I booked a 10-day stay over Carnival (MasDomnik) at Pinnards Mountain Resort, and it was such a refreshing scenic escape. The mountain views and peaceful atmosphere truly gave that relaxing “getaway” vibe while still being close enough to enjoy the festivities. The shuttle service was a great option to take advantage of, making getting around much easier. The swimming pool was lovely and very well maintained, and the complimentary pool toys were such a thoughtful touch. The restaurant/bar is convenient, and you can pre-order or enquire in advance about opening times, which was helpful for planning. My room was adequate, clean, and felt safe, there was night security present and staff on site, which gave extra peace of mind. Communication via WhatsApp was really helpful and made everything smooth from booking to check-in. All the staff were professional, friendly, and very accommodating throughout my stay. I would definitely consider another stay in the future. Special shout out to Ms Warrington for the support when needed. "
