"Great hotel! First time staying here and we were blessed with a free upgrade to a suite- it was so nice & spacious! The sitting room was perfect for the kids to watch tv and play with toys after a day at the zoo. The room was very clean and the staff was so friendly. It was a quick drive to get dinner out and the free breakfast buffet was really good. "

"The rooms were clean, staff friendly, however, the pool had so much chlorine that it burned my daughter's eyes. She was wearing goggles for the most part but complained that her eyes were hurting all night. She couldn't sleep all night, she was crying in pain. We got her eye drops and she was ok by morning. Her eyes and the area under her eyes was red for the entire next day. This has never happened before and she is an avid swimmer so it's not like she is that sensitive."

"Our shower water was cold to luke warm at best for the first several days of our stay until we finally decided to report it to the front desk. That’s when they checked and found they had a mechanical issue due to the high winds we were having. Lastly, we found black mold in the shower which was very bad. We reported it as well and it was all cleaned. Hopefully, we won’t have any health issues as a result. "

"Everything was great with the room. We had an incident where the elevator stopped working with one member of our party in it. At the time, the staff didn’t follow protocol, however when the manager found out, he made everything right and handled it really well. I truly appreciate Sean the manager for how he handled everything. Would recommend staying here and would stay here again."

She went out of her way to accommodate us and recommended some fun places to go. Aside from that the hotel was very nice and quiet. My daughters loved the pool. "
