"Very clean, no complaints "

"Excellent breakfast fresh squeezed orange juice only normally now found on the upper end of the scale. Parking secure although not in the garage. Can be tight getting in but very beneficial. Staff very friendly and helpful. No amenities in our room but may be in more expensive rooms although a bottle of water would be good. Only one pillow but again may have got another if I’d asked. Good value for central location"

No clear check-in instructions were received, my message to the property prior to arrival was not responded to then, when we did access the property, at first glance, it looked presentable. However, curtains were not hung very well, the toilet seat was broken, toilet roll holder was loose, there were no plugs for the sinks, and the shower was dirty. Thankfully, the bed was clean and comfortable, but we left earlier than we anticipated. "
