Nice facility overall; located near the walled part of the city. However, toilet was leaking and never fixed despite communicating with hotel staff.

Great spot! Right near the train station which is why we picked it. About 20 minutes from the walled city. If you are going to be arriving late, make sure to notify the hotel through the app and they should send you an access code and instructions. We arrived a bit later than expected and the receptionist was just leaving, thankfully we caught her before she left and she was able to help us.

This hotel worked out for us very well. Our friend lives close to the hotel so we picked it. Its a bit far from historical sights but close to the train station and affordable.

Friendly, great location, will use again
Frieny English speaking staff. Brilliant location. Room was very quiet considering Central location. Clean, tidy and secure. Will definetly use again and would recommend.

Nice, great-value hotel in good location
Stay was excellent. This isn't a 5-star hotel. The rooms are small and efficient. The staff is friendly and helpful and very accommodating. The location is excellent - near the train station and a short, scenic walk to the walled city - or to Solidar. All around, a great value.

Hôtel très bien situé. Très calme. A proximité de la gare. Impossible d'ouvrir la fenêtre car l'hôtel attend une pièce. Assez dommage car impossible d'ouvrir la fenêtre pour aérer le matin

Bonjour Anne-Sophie,Depuis le 1er janvier 2023, notre hôtel et le groupe avons mis en place, afin de lutter contre le gaspillage d'ernergie ( eau et electricte ), et le manque important de personnel, un système de "recouche" pour les personnes séjournant plusieurs nuit au sein de notre établissement.Ce service est facturé 5 par passage, ce qui représente le coup de l'ernergie pour les personne qui souhaite changer les draps et les serviettes tout les jours.Ce système résonné a été mis en place en comparant ce dont nous faisons chez nous.Très peu de personne change de serviette et sont linge de lit chaque jour, il est donc inutil de le faire quand nous sommes en vacances ou voyage d'affaire. Notre réflexion vient de là.Concernant la lumière du couloir qui reste allumé toute la nuit, il s'agit de led très basse consommation qui est obligatoire afin de garder de la visibilité pour les personnes mal voyante ou autre .Cordialment Mr PAPON Directeur

bon emplacement face à la médiathèque
Tres bon séjour a Saint Malo avec une grande amabilité de Delphine. Nous avons prolongé d'une nuit tant l'accueil a été agréable. De bons conseils pour la visite de la ville qui n'est pas loin a pied. Seul regret, le restaurant était fermé. Nous y retournerons.
