"The property is huge and situated in a lovely area right on the bay. The only thing that is frustrating is how long and slow the check in process is. Both times I’ve stayed, I had to sit in the lobby waiting for multiple people to verify that the room was ready. Seems like they really ought to have a better system than the front desk sending the concierge who then sends the valet to physically drive over. Either housekeeping turned the room or they didn’t.
