"We booked Baker Suites because reviews stated a 9.2 rating property, however, far from the truth. The property is old and not maintained at all. The parking is an absolute nightmare. We were very disappointed and would not recommend this property at all."

During dinner at the resort, my fiancé began choking on a piece of steak. This was a genuine medical emergency, and I repeatedly told staff that he was choking and needed help. Despite my pleas, we did not receive the emergency response I would expect from resort staff. At one point, a security guard told him to drink water.
