"Poor customer service, I booked with a discover card and wasn’t allowed to use a discover card there. Got charged twice for my suitcase. Only the roof top bar was good, I’m anssum cause it was an extra $45 per person and the pizza from slice was great. Overall I wouldn’t do it again and you should rent a car because taxis charge too much. Get your own wifi plan before you go. The manager (Alexia) was great, unbelievable and eager to answer all the questions related to the property to make guests/customers feel comfortable. Kudos to her! "Beautiful property, quiet and well kept. Only downfall is location is on the French side of the island and without a car things get very expensive getting taxis to and from things to do. If planning to stay at this resort please know it’s on the French side which means it’s not close to the popular tourists attractions. Otherwise decent resort."
