"Wknd breakfasts start late: 8;30 and I am already out the door. AND rooms don't have coffee or tea setups but do have kitchens? Pool and fitness center also had limited hours. Wanted to do an AM swim but it opened AFTER breakfast? Location was good and thankfully there is a grocery next door."

"Quirky building hidden amongst others. Beautiful old staircase and lovely open air terrace, which was wonderful to sit in the sun with a beer. Nice clean room. Downside was having to use WhatsApp as a key to get into the building and the room. Clever but as traveling we didn't have WiFi or mobile data and so was forced to use our mobiles abroad and at a cost. Would have preferred a key. The breakfast included was extremely poor, some stale bread and butter and a couple of burnt croissants. Find...

"Belle appartement, très propre, bonne literie(important). Petits sujets: - manque de matériel de toute première nécessité (Casserole, torchon, bouilloire) . Source d'amélioration - Accueil compliqué car hôtel difficile à trouver par manque de signalétique particulière et personnel pas trop formé à l'accueil Hôtelier(Facturation, paiement sur place,...). Cependant, personnel très à l'écoute, bienveillant, à la recherche de solution."

"L'arrivée chez Michel et Didier s'est faite très facilement lors de notre circuit à vélo sur les châteaux de la Loire. L'hébergement était très propre (roulotte verte) et très fonctionnel. Et surtout au calme. L'accès aux sanitaires et à la cuisine également. Nos hôtes ont été conviviaux et avenants. Nous avons échangé avec Didier qui nous a conseillé un resto. A recommander."

"I may only stay few hours, due to AC not working , they move us to Hilton Garden. The room in Hampton is good, we have the room that facing the river, the view pretty good. Reception is nice, as the back to the room at 9pm n found out that the AC does not working ( room getting pretty hot ) , Antoine respond it well and we ask can we be move and he check n move ua to neighbouring Hilton Garden . Where we spend 3nights , Hilton Garden also pretty nice hotel, I think both hotels are best choice for Tours"
