"We thought pool was going to be open but it wasn’t, breakfast was good. We’re charged for parking and we didn’t have a car there."

"I stayed in this hotel multiple times. Although I knew it was an older hotel, built wise, this time I was a bit frustrated. Elevator was not working properly, it took 7-10 minutes for it to come down, then it took me to level 14 and stopped. I took the stairs down to my room. Later the same thing happened so I used stairs for the rest of my stay. In the morning I wanted to take a warm shower, water temperature was extremely cold no matter how long I tried to wait. "The hotel smelled of pet urine and marijuana. I had to take my clothes out of my room because I smelled like marijuana when I went into work while I was there. My toilet overflowed one evening, Waterfield, the bathroom and into the kitchen area they sent maintenance. He cleaned up the water with the towels from my room, but there was sanitizing the area. I was literally walking on floors that had sewage on it. I had to go to the front desk to get a mop and mop it myself because they stated they...

"There is a barber shop and Thai restaurant attached to the hotel. Extremely convenient. Barber shop was top notch."

"We’ve had numerous stays at the Hilton and have been very pleased partially due to convenience in location for our needs. The rooms have always been clean although this recent stay the room had a musty smell, but clean nonetheless."

The breakfast was not fully stocked. We arrived for breakfast before 9 am there were no sausage or biscuits left.
