"The bed & the air conditioner were the best things about the room. It took multiple requests & 4 days of my 7 day stay to get the bathroom light working, forcing me to go bathe at a friend's house. I always travel with a pack of disinfectant wipes, which is good because they were black after I wiped the TV remote, light switches, & doorknobs. And I had to clean mold out of the microwave before I used it. The fridge was clean & worked well. Parking was adequate."

"This is our favorite hotel in the Louisville area. I fly in every 2-3 months to visit family and this is our preferred place to stay. Why? The rooms are spacious, the bed is great, the shower has good water pressure, the AC works great and the breakfast is very nice. It checks all the boxes. It's clean, safe and always dependable. I highly recommend this hotel and we'll continue to stay there when we're in Louisville."

The location is what really sets this hotel apart. We were able to walk to restaurants, bars, shopping, and just about everything we wanted to do in NuLu. "I was shocked that there were no vending machines on any floor in or near ice bays!!! If I wanted a soda, bottle of water or a snack, I had to go downstairs!! Again...was really surprised at that. Everything else was just wonderful!!!"
