"During our three-week stay in France, we rarely encountered a hotel where guests were not greeted with a simple “bonjour.” Unfortunately, that basic courtesy was entirely absent at the Jangle hotel. We also found the staff to be generally unfriendly, which further affected our experience. The breakfast buffet, in particular, was quite disappointing. The area appeared disorganized, as though it had been heavily picked over without any upkeep—food was scattered, tables were left uncleaned, and there were even pieces of leftover bread sitting beside the baguettes. For a long period, no staff were present to maintain or tidy the space. When staff did eventually appear, it was all at once and just before the breakfast service ended. At that point, one staff member was engaged in a personal phone call, which did not convey a sense of attentiveness or professionalism. Overall, the hotel gives the impression of being well-run on the surface, but the actual service experience does not reflect that standard."

"The location was great! However the entire hotel is under construction which really defeated the purpose of booking this hotel. It wasn’t pretty. Loud noise. And the rooms/hallways were badly painted and structured. However like mentioned, location was too. Staff was okay. "

"Broken everything. Asked 3 days to fix the light. Nothing happened. Toilet doesn’t flash, broken ceiling, half hanging light, broken base board corner. Shower door too small. Washroom is wet every time after shower even be very careful. "

"I had a good stay at Moxy Paris Val d’Europe Montévrain overall. The room was nice, clean, and a decent size, which made the stay comfortable. The hotel itself has a modern, stylish vibe that I liked. One of the biggest pros is the location if you’re visiting Disney—it’s about a 15–20 minute walk or a quick 5-minute drive, which is super convenient. However, the area around the hotel is pretty quiet, and there isn’t much within walking distance. It’s also quite far from central Paris (Gare de l’Est), and the traffic can be really bad going in and out, which made getting around a bit frustrating. Overall, it’s a solid stay, especially if your main focus is Disney, but if you’re trying to explore Paris more easily, the location might not be ideal."
