"Everything was perfect at La Chaize. This was our third time and the reception still took time to explain about access, breakfast and all that we needed to know to get the best from the hotel. "I have stayed here before and was always quite satisfied, this time not so much. I had to change rooms because the first one had the heating turned on and it was very hot in there. The Concierge first didn't believe me, then gave me a room that was definitely not worth what I had payed, rather cramped, dull colours and the light in the hall didn't work. The hotel is otherwise quite nice. I hope it will be better again next time!"

"It feels like an online rental (Ax..). Minimum support, minimum interaction. Take your key from a lock box, take you trash out when leaving, thank you. No clean up, minimum attention on site. We didn't experienced the spa... if you want and appart close to beaches and shopping, this is a spot for you. Good pool. Large garden space. Well connected."
