"Parkplätze im Hotelbereich vor Mt Saint Michel direkt vor dem Hotel, sehr gutes Frühstück, freundliches Personal. Transferbus zum Mont direkt vor dem Haus, aber auch zu Fuss ein schöner Weg."

"While our triple room in the Red House was comfortable, I don't think the higher prices of La Mère Poulard warrants a return for me. Although breakfast was included, it does NOT include the famous omelets of the restaurant. In fact, even though we arrived well before closing time, many breakfast items were already finished, and the service suffered from being understaffed (as seems to be the problem in all of Mont St. Michel). The check-in process was confusing and unclear since we were not...

"First stay was ok however staff seem too busy and are not attentive.Attend to you when they can. Ask to change second stay date and they refused. Too busy for the effort."

Location is excellent!!!, Mount Saint Michel at walking distance!!!, breakfast is overrated, small variety and market items, not local made. Parking is plenty at the property. Pay as you go through the gate."

"The family were so lovely and welcoming. We got to meet the father who was so very interesting and shared many memories and stories of the Chateau and his family. Would recommend staying to all for a unique French Chateau experience. Also loved the five-course evening meal by the chef, truly unique."

"Pascale was wonderful. She coordinated with me in advance and set up dinner reservations for us. The Chateau is beautiful and the grounds are so pretty. It was like stepping back in time to see the historic beauty of the property. The sitting room for drinks is so relaxing and we enjoyed sitting their and having a glass of wine."
