"Very cute and nice for the price. We stayed in room 2. The restaurant wasn't open at the time we were there but I could see that it was quaint. Since we were foreigners I wish that the mistress would have warned us to be at the restaurants in St Pierre de Chartreuse at 7pm. They only took food orders for 1 hour. Luckily there was an actual saint there who saw us being rejected at 8:20pm and knew a place 20 minutes away that he secured a late reservation for us or we would not have eaten that...

"This was my second stay the location is ideal if taking an early train. You can easily walk to the city center and there are trams just across the street if you prefer not to walk. This hotel offers a very clean room with a comfortable bed and air conditioning at a reasonable rate. The staff are very friendly and helpful. "tout etait bien ,pour la cuisine : j aurais bien aimé un micro onde qui fait aussi petit four pour gratiner . supers plaques de cuisson et lave vaisselle performant. Pour la salle de bain , le débit d eau chaude est très bien , manque juste un peu de longueur au rideau de douche.L espace chambre est tres bien avec de la place pour les affaires , les lits d une pers ont des matelas extras, confortables et doux , des Merinos . le salon , spacieux , rien a dire . "False advertising. This hotel gave us the dingiest room compared to other rooms in the hotel. When I asked them about it, they said that some rooms are old but it was never mentioned in the website. I had asked for a transfer and was told that i should have done during the check in process. How would I know? I happened to see the other rooms hence I questioned it. We were even asked to clean our room after checking out. First time I have ever heard this from a receptionist. Poor service!!!"
