"The hotel is self check in. Hotel staff are largely there in name only.
The room while generally okay had no water, but had coffee packs and cups as well as a kettle. I think the thoughtfulness of the room could be improved.
Also the hallways felt entirely too dark. Felt like it was a cave. Didn't feel so safe there."

L’appartement est grand et très propre avec beaucoup de commodités. Je recommande."

"Stay away - abysmal.
Manager refused to fix the main ceiling light in the kitchen portion. Reported it on arrival, no repair, no room change, no alternative offered.
On top of that - dirty cupboards, strong moldy/musty smell in the kitchen, basic amenities such as shampoo absent, and completely unhelpful staff when asked for help.
Kitchen was unusable after dark and not in a clean, habitable condition. Had to get Expedia involved while still in the room.
Would not recommend. Stay away."

"Check in was. About weird. Done at the end but strange with no actual reception. Rooms good. Location was a bit sketchy but not horrible. Last day on check out no hot water for the shower :(. 3 towels for 2 adults for 3 nights. Not great."

"Le loft était très propre incluant la literie toutefois à notre arrivée le spa était pratiquement vide et cerné. Toute une surprise… J’ai contacté la réception, la personne était confuse sur la situation, une personne a été dépêché, pas de solution. Un technicien de la maintenance a été dépêché, il n’avait d’info donc on a convenu de remplir le spa et attendre qu’il atteigne un température acceptable soit entre minuit et 2h00 (nuit). Pas fameux quand on quitte à 11h"
