The reception staff were excellent, we were able to check in before 4 pm. There is construction on the hotel grounds which affects the parking where you may have to park your vehicle a fair distance from the hotel entrance

Stayed at the end of May when it can be chilly at night. No heat in the room, but a constant cold draft from the ventilation. Parking lot is a disaster with not enough parking. Towels are small and cheap, and there are not enough of them. Not a terrible hotel, but far from "premium".

I love this property Pool is beautiful Indoor and outdoor Hot tubs too 3 in total) Facility is very clean Quiet and vibrant A lot of greenery too Guests were mostly very friendly and very kind but few were very strict about my son splashing or talking or having a free swim I felt it is more a quiet place for kids very relaxing but not noisy with the kids
