"I loved the lake view, it was just beautiful. It was very private and it had alot of activities. I didn't like that a lot of the activities were closed. Hot tub was nice."

"Lors de notre séjour une fois installé dans notre chambre il n’y avait pas de télécommande pour le téléviseur, nous avons eu la mauvaise idée de regarder pour la trouver… nous avons trouvé toutes sortes de choses mais pas de télécommande ( des vieux mouchoirs, un bas sale et ben d’la poussière et autre détritus) nous avons communiqué avec la réception et la jeune femme qui est venue nous voir avec une autre télécommande qui n’était pas compatible avec la télé était vraiment sympathique et...

"Out of the 4 days, my room was only cleaned once despite my requests for it to be cleaned. And when I tried to ask for a partial refund for the 3 days the room was not cleaned, the hotel manager was rude and unprofessional and refused to print the final bill for me. Basically, both the hotel manager and Expedia gave me the runaround and neither party was willing to take responsibility and provide the refund - the hotel said Expedia should provide the refund and Expedia said the hotel should."

"Would definately stay again. Couple of very small issues. Not the fault of the hotel but major construction taking place all around the hotel and general vicinity, made getting around somewhat more difficult. Used on site laundry, thought 8 dollar flat fee was a little much but it was convenient."

"Nice resort hotel near highways but out of the city center traffic. Hotel had restaurant on site. Clean and well maintained. Plenty of parking. Beautiful city. One pet peeve: refrigerator was tucked inside a cabinet with no ventilation so the interior gets hot and is basically wasting electricity. Needed to leave cabinet door open to have refrigerator work. Compressor will eventually fail as it is running continuously."

"Its not a very safe place if u have kids or pets with you. Our room was basic and the bedding was dirty and not ironed. The front desk was not helpful at all. That guy made me feel bad for not knowing french. There were drug addicts outside the lobby. I wont recommend this."

"The staff were friendly and very helpful, it was convenient with the drinks and laundry. Our room was clean, bed was comfortable and the hotel is definitely family friendly. Breakfast is quite good with some varied options esp for an included benefit. Highly recommend!"
