"Maude was friendly and efficient during our check in. Our suite was fabulous. They were willing to accomodate our team for a ringette tournament. Even with all the kids, the breakfast service was exceptional. They never let anything run out and cleaned the tables quickly to accommodate the next guests. The pool was a hit for the kids. We had a main floor suite so we were able to park right in front and unload straight into the "patio" door. The suite was large and well appointed. Great shower...

J'ai dû finalement prendre une chambre hors réservation mais 3 chambres m'ont été prélevé et je n'ai toujours pas de confirmation que je vais être remboursée. Chambre trop chauffée par le soleil à notre arrivée et climatisation très bruyante pour la refroidir. Déjeuner sans aucun ajustement possible pour une intolérance au gluten. Séjour médiocre."

"I like my stay at the hotel. Parking is free, not so busy. Easy to commute to downtown and other cities. The breakfast includes many options. My favorite are coffee and boiled eggs. My room type was king suite which is very large. The bathroom has a big bath tub and a shower. "

"The hotel was everything as advertised and more! The service was outstanding. They accommodated our very late check-in and early checkout; they even prepared our breakfast to go so we had something to eat before our light. When we return, we will definitely stay at this hotel again. "

"Hotel is ok, needs to keep up with availability of towels for the pool, breakfast is available at a cost, food was not even warm (eggs, sausages, etc) and very limited choices. Other hotels where breakfast is included have way better choices. It is well located. Would return but with much lower expectations."

"It’s a lovely, older hotel. It’s charming, if a bit worn (carpet, bathroom, etc), but lovely to stay in. The street is quite noisy below, so take earplugs, and there are a good number of stairs to carry luggage up from the street. Staff is quite nice and helpful. I stayed in the King suite, and it was quite spacious."
