The location is brilliant and is in short walking distance to most of Cannes hottest spots, as well as the train station. The staff were very helpful and friendly, at both reception and the cleaning staff. Not a bad word to say about our stay and would love to stay again on our next visit. "if you're on a budget and want something that's close to the beach, it works! but real talk... the toilet wasn't quite working its best, the shower doesn't have a curtain so water splashes all over the floor. the air conditioning works very well though!!! i had a room with a balcony, it was nice to put my bikini on it, but it doesn't really have a good view. the beach ammenities they have are tattered and torn, i think that one of them had a period stain on them LOLOL, but it's nice that they...

"What a lovely spot! Hôtel de Provence is the sweetest hotel in Cannes. It’s quiet and peaceful but still close to the beach and restaurants. We really enjoyed our balcony, as well as the outdoor seating areas, and the staff were wonderful! We absolutely recommend staying here."

"Schönes Hotel in sehr guter Lage direkt an der Strand Promenade mit vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung. Ca. 20 Min. Zu Fuß vom Bahnhof. Schöne, moderne und saubere Zimmer mit gemütlichen Betten. Nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Etwas hellhörig. Im Eingangsbereich und auf den Fluren roch es leider immer wieder unangenehm nach Abwasser o.ä."

"There was no fridge or microwave in the room, however small items could be kept in fridge behind front desk. A huge issue for us travelling with kids was no access to a microwave anywhere on the property. It was quite expensive but a beautiful well run hotel with helpful staff and very nice rooms. One suggestion would be in the family suite there is zero space next to the sink to place amenities. A shelf would have been helpful."
