"This hotel is simply amazing, the property is well kept: beautiful landscape, garden, restaurants and bar. We had breakfast and dinner which were well prepared. The breakfast came with fresh squeezed orange juice, variety of bread, crepes, meat and dinner menu has a wide selection, including kid’s plate, seafood, meat and desserts. They have an extensive dessert menu also. Everyone is simply attentive, kind, and welcoming. Receptionists, servers, and team members were fluent in English....

"Their amenities description says they have A/C and luggage storage, these were the reasons I picked this hotel, what they had instead was a fan in the room and temperature in the room was 28 C, so had to open the room’s window, but then bugs were coming inside. The bathroom was covered in mold all over the ceiling and the shower had mold in most of the grout. The carpet of the room was very dirty and the bed was extremely firm and uncomfortable. "We stayed at this Hotel in June while visiting all the WW2 sites and doing 3 tours . The hotel was fabulous could not fault , near to everything , the welcome we received from Etienne was amazing from checking in to vacating and helping out with train suggestions and printing out tickets was incredible, the personal touches from this gentleman was truly a hugh asset for the Hotel , and a true professional , polite & friendly . The cleaning team were amazing and our room was cleaned daily ....

"Nice hotel! Vehicle parking available across the street towards the pier. Friendly staff! Breakfast was very good!! Room was clean and comfortable. I stayed on the 3rd floor. Good to know: no elevator access to upper levels; stairs only. Not a big deal imho. Nice area! Great location; close to WWII historic sites. About a 15 minute drive to the American Military Cemetery, and about a 1.5 hour drive to Mont Saint Michel to the southwest and Le Havre area to the north east. I would stay here...

"We had a very nice stay there. The room was very clean, the location was excellent and the hosts were very nice. Only FYI, there are no elevators, so you have to walk up a few flights of stairs with your luggage, which might be a problem for some people. Overall I recommend it."
