"Areas of the hotel need improvement; parking lot needs to be repaved, there are no sliding doors at entrance and awkward with luggage. Elevator is very tiny and full with 2 people with 2 pieces of luggage! Rooms are a decent size but the bathrooms are ridiculously small, you can not use the toilet without your knees hitting the door if door is open. There is 1 foot between stepping out of the shower and hitting the side of the toilet!!! The shower has one half glass wall and does not prevent...

"Entryway into hotel not very appealing. Guests smoking in the non smoking area. Front desk couldn't guarantee the airport shuttle would show up. 15$ plus tax for a pint of beer in the lounge was excessive especially when bartender wasnt very classy or friendly. Room was excellent , comfy beds, good room temp, great shower but had 2 long hairs on my bath towel. Overall, ok place."

"we booked this hotel very last minute and all I can say is 20/10. Super clean, quiet, friendly, spacious and overall 5 stars. Staffs were helpful despite small language barrier, room keepers came every day even after hours because we weren’t ready, breakfast was served every morning and restocked when things ran out. "We had a very bad experience at this hotel. We booked five rooms, and our group traveled from Toronto in four cars. We parked all of our vehicles in the hotel parking lot.During our stay, someone broke the passenger-side windows of two of our vehicles. "The rooms were clean. Pool was clean. Staff was okay. We stayed for 3 days and they said they will clean after 2 days. The room service came. Literally made our beds. Did not change the sheets. They put in new towels and mopped bathroom and kitchen area. There was garbage in one of the bins when they left. There was garbage on counter like soap cover. The ear plugs box was there but empty. "Breakfast was good and the room was clean the women at counter was great I won’t not say that for the guy he wasn’t the nicest person during check -in . And also a lot of noise from kids in the room above couldn’t sleep well during the night because of that staffs did take our concern but the noise continue the next night.
