I spent 10 nights in the hotel..staff were very helpful at all times..Room was cleaned twice a day..Hotel is comfortable, very clean with lots of options for dinning..it is also very close to a big train station with direct access to Kansai airport..a shopping Mall nearby and a supermarket as well.

Very nice hotel right across a train station and shopping centre. Not part of subway line but convenient access to airport, mount kongo, mount koya, sumiyoshi taisha and other destinations. Nice breakfast selection, free drinks every afternoon and also nice indoor onsen.

We have a pleasant & enjoyable stay in the hotel. Extremely clean room, friendly & helpful front desk staffs, close to local amenities. Good size room & bathroom has bathtub. They provide additional toiletries for ladies such as: headband, bath salts. We will come back for sure and highly recommended ..

We surprise that the room is very big. Have a slot machine. Have a electric massage chair. We love to stay here.

Location is the only bad point from this budget hotel. I stayed for 4 days costing £75.00 cheapest room out of my whole stay in Japan and biggest and best room by far, but you should note this hotel is for couples adults only though, the room is equipped with adult massager, and items from a discreet vending machine, don't let this deter you though as the room is very big like a small apartment, with large TV games console, projection screen and music centre at the top of the bed, has good size...

A lovely little hotel tucked away in a quiet area of Sakai not far from the main part of Osaka City. Pefect location for travel as the train station (ishizugawa) is only a short walk away and will get you anywhere you need to go. Lots of tasty restaurants and cafes nearby for breakfast lunch or dinner. Not many tourists around the area so a nice genuine sleepy Japanese feeling, so peaceful after a busy day exploring! this very nice hotel and very good service near train station

Convenient location near the train station, less than a 5 minute walk. Hotel has a lot of amenities and appears to be fairly clean. Rooms are fairly small as is fairly normal for Japan....so a bit tight if you need to unpack your suitcase. Staff are friendly and check in is quick and efficient.

Stayed here the night before our morning flight from KIX. 5 min walk from station, restaurants and supermarkets. Standard business hotel type room.
