untrained staff, hard to communicate (lack of english). al a cart restaurants were awful food wasn't fresh, tasteless, difficult to book in. No glasses at the bar, it was a mission to get a beach towel, and the room was very basic for a 5 star hotel. I would rate the hotel maximum 3 start.

The bed was very uncomfortable and there was only 1 small pillow. The toilet seat was broken. The breakfast was ok but coffee machine was broken and causing problems for everyone.
