Also I had to deal with other customers who were really rude and messy which really affected my experience with my stay. Luckily the staff offered me to transfer to a different room so I appreciated that alot."

"On a passé une agréable semaine à cet hotel .tres bien situé sur le grand boulevard Degracia tres achalandé, on a fait toute nos activités a pied malgré le metro est a 3 minutes de marche Le petit déjeuner buffet est acceptable La chambre est propre malgré q elle est un peu petite Le personnel est tres serviable tjrs avec un tres beau sourire"

"This is not a regular hotel it feels like little apartments. Horrible experience you hear the people and the toilet flushing from next door like if they were in your room. The place is all cement you hear people talking slamming doors. It’s like a party place. Noisy all night didn’t sleep at all both nights. They have construction next door as well. The rooms were so hot they said they do have ac but they couldn’t turn it on it's only seasonal."
