"The room is exceptionally good; it feels newly constructed. The staff is very polite, well-behaved, and neatly dressed. I would like to award a 5-star rating to the location, as it is situated in the heart of Goa and the LTC bus stand is just 400 meters away. The building is completely peaceful and quiet.
